Home cooked hot chips with chimichurri recipe

We all love hot, oven baked chips.

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Pill, wash and dry one medium size potato per person.

3. Cut potatoes into 1cm cubes, and place them into a cooking pot.

4. Fill cooking pot with clean water and rinse potatoes until the water comes out clean.

5. Place potatoes on top of kitchen clothe to dry.

6. Using a clean spoon remove oils from our (mix well before serving it) Extra Hot Chimichurri and drizzle it onto the cooking tray. Place potatoes in to mix and into the oven.

7. Keep turning chips every 5 minutes. 

8. Once the cooking it’s complete, with a clean spoon remove all of the Extra Hot Chimichurri from jar on to the chips and serve!

Add some flavour to your roasy chicken with our chimichurri.

1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees 

2. Rinse chicken with clean running water and dry with paper towel.

3. With a spoon, separate the skin off the meat.

4. Using a clean spoon fill the chicken between the skin and meat with our Hot Chimichurri, and used the liquid (oils) to marinade the outside. Please ensure you mix Chimichurri well before utilising it.

5. Once oven has reached 180 degrees, place chicken in oven and cook until ready. Please note this varies depending on the size of the chicken.

1. Take already made skewers out of the fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking at least to make sure meat is evenly cooked.

2. On medium heat, allow for your grill to warm up.

3. Allocate cooking time accordingly, depending on preference.

4. Once meat is cooked, serve on plate, topped with two spoonful of our Mild Chimichurri and serve.
