Avocado toast with egg of choice

Step 1
Pick your avocados. Cut your avocados in half, remove the pit, and slices.
Step 2
Pick your bread of choice and toast.
Step 3
Gently place sliced avocado onto toasted bread.
Step 4
Place your cooked egg of choice on top and drizzle our Chimichurri.

Home bruschetta

Step 1
Turn grill on medium or oven to 200 C
Step 2
Combine chopped tomato, fresh basil, and our Chimichurri in bowl, mix well, and set aside.
Step 3
Place bread in grill until toasted.
Step 4
Remove bread from grill, and transfer to a large serving platter.
Step 5
Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice and serve.
- 1 French baquette, cut into 1/2 inch thick circles
- 8 tomatoes, diced
- 1 half cup chopped fresh basil

Chimichurri Burger

Step 1
Divide the mince meat into 2 equal portions and make two balls.
Step 2
Heat oil on a grill pan over high heat. Gently place meat on pan and press down to create a meat patty.
Step 3
Flip meat patty after 3 minutes, reduce heat to medium. Add the cheese slice on top. Cook for three more minutes, cook egg to taste.
Step 4
Spread mayonnaise on both side of bread buns, place meat patty first, drizzle generously amount of Chimichurri on top, egg, add tomato slice and lettuce last.

Chimichurri Pizza

Step 1
Pre heat oven as recommended in packaging.
Step 2
Whilst oven is preheating, thinly cut onions, tomato and mushrooms.
Step 3
Put tomato paste on pizza base and cook as recommended in packaging.
Step 4
Whilst pizza base is cooking mix onions and mushrooms in bowl with chimichurri and sauté for 3 minutes on high heat cooking pan.
Step 5
Place sautéed onions and mushroom on pizza base. Place sliced tomato topped with cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Enjoy!

Chimichurri Caprese sandwich

Step 1
Pick your bread of choice.

Evenly spread Chimichurri in both sides of bread roll.
Step 3
Wash tomato and basil. Chop tomato, and bocconcini – amount to taste.
Step 4
Place tomato, bocconcini and basil stacked sideways in bread.

Chimichurri Mussels

Step 1
Saute 4 garlic cloves for two minutes or until golden in a pot with Chimichurri’s liquids.
Step 2
Add mussels and 1 cup white wine; cover and cook for four minutes or until the mussels open. Stir in 4 tablespoons Chimichurri. Enjoy!

Chimichurri pasta

Step 1
Boil 500ml of water.
Step 2
Once water is boiling add pasta and cook until pasta is al’ dente.

Rinse water, place in bowl and mix Chimichurri. Enjoy!

Chimichurri raw salad

Step 1
Wash and dry all veggies.
Step 2
Chop all veggies in even small sizes.
Step 3
Mix all veggies in serving bowl.

Generously add and chimichurri through salad.

Chimichurri Steak

Step 1
30 minutes before cooking the steak, bring it to room temperature.
Step 2
Preheat cast iron on low. Drizzle the steak with our Chimichurri oils.
Step 3
Raise heat to high. Whilst cooking keep drizzling the oils. Cook 6 minutes one side and 4 minutes on the other for medium rare.
Step 4
Accompany the steak with our potato bake! Enjoy.

Chimichurri prawns sauté

Step 1
Decide to cook as whole or peeled.
Step 2
Preheat cooking pan on medium, and add 150ml of chimichurri.
Step 3
Do not place the whole amount of prawns at once as this will cause the prawns to boil and sauté.
Step 4
Cook until prawns change in colour. Enjoy!
Enjoy prawns with our salad recipe or simply boiled rice.

Roast chicken with chimichurri

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Rinse chicken with clean running water and dry with paper towels.
Step 3
Using a clean spoon fill the chicken between the skin and meat with our Hot Chimichurri, and used the liquid (oils) to marinade the outside. Please ensure you mix Chimichurri well before utilising it.
Step 4
Once oven has reached 180 degrees, place chicken in oven and cook until ready. Please note this varies depending on the size of the chicken.

Beef skewers with chimichurri

Step 1
Take already made skewers out of the fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking at least to make sure meat is evenly cooked.
Step 2
On medium heat, allow for your grill to warm up.
Step 3
Allocate cooking time accordingly, depending on preference.
Step 4
Once meat is cooked, serve on plate, topped with two spoonful of our Mild Chimichurri and serve.

Home cooked hot chips with chimichurri

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Pill, wash and dry one medium size potato per person.
Cut potatoes into 1cm cubes, and place them into a cooking pot.
Step 3
Fill cooking pot with clean water and rinse potatoes until the water comes out clean.
Step 4
Place potatoes on top of kitchen clothe to dry.
Step 5
Using a clean spoon remove oils from our (mix well before serving it) Extra Hot Chimichurri and drizzle it onto the cooking tray. Place potatoes in to mix and into the oven.
Step 6
Keep turning chips every 5 minutes.
Once the cooking it’s complete, with a clean spoon remove all of the Extra Hot Chimichurri from jar on to the chips and serve!
