Beef Skewers with Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 500g rump steak diced
- Sur Direct Chimichurri
Directions
Step 1
Take already made skewers out of the fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking at least to make sure meat is evenly cooked.
Step 2
On medium heat, allow for your grill to warm up.
Step 3
Allocate cooking time accordingly, depending on preference.
Once meat is cooked, serve on plate, topped with two spoonful of our Mild Chimichurri and serve.
