Chicken Skewers with Dry Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 500g skewered chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Sur Direct Dry Chimichurri
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken skewers and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat an iron grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
Step 3
Serve the grilled chicken skewers with steamed rice and French dressing cucumber on the side.
Drizzle the tangy chimichurri sauce over the chicken skewers just before serving.
