Chimichurri Burger

  • 400g mince meat
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 2 Fried eggs
  • 2 Burger bread buns
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Sur Direct Chimichurri



Step 1
Divide the mince meat into 2 equal portions and make two balls.

Step 2
Heat oil on a grill pan over high heat. Gently place meat on pan and press down to create a meat patty.

Step 3
Flip meat patty after 3 minutes, reduce heat to medium. Add the cheese slice on top. Cook for three more minutes, cook egg to taste.

Step 4
Spread mayonnaise on both side of bread buns, place meat patty first, drizzle generously amount of Chimichurri on top, egg, add tomato slice and lettuce last.
