Chimichurri Mussels

  • 1kg of fresh mussels
  • 375ml white wine
  • 4 garlic cloves sliced
  • Sur Direct Chimichurri



Step 1
Saute the garlic for two minutes or until golden in a pot with Chimichurri’s oils.

Step 2
Add mussels and the white wine; cover and cook for four minutes or until the mussels open. Stir in 4 tablespoons Chimichurri.
