Chimichurri Smashed Avo

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 toasted bread slices
  • 2 eggs (poached)
  • Top with Chimichurri



Step 1
Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the stone. Scoop out the avo into a bowl and mash with a fork to your desired texture. Season to taste

Step 2
Pick your bread of choice and toast.

Step 3
Spread the smashed avo mix toasted bread.

Step 4
Place your cooked egg of choice on top and drizzle our Chimichurri.
