Hot Chips with Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes
  • Sur Direct Chimichurri

 

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2
Peel, wash and dry one medium size potato per person.

Cut potatoes into your desired fries size and place them into a cooking pot.

Step 3
Fill cooking pot with clean water and rinse potatoes until the water comes out clean.

Step 4
Using a clean spoon remove oils from our (mix well before serving it) Extra Hot Chimichurri and drizzle it onto the cooking tray. Place potatoes in to mix and into the oven.
Step 5
Cook for 35 mins or until golden and enjoy!
